Prior to a decision to move the office or perhaps make changes to the existing premises, an accurate decision CAPEX budget is essential. We have the experience required to produce documentation to support your organization related to your new office; whether the objective of your change is to attract staff, solve space shortage or to provide a new start to your organization. A solid budget is probably the most important instrument in a project since it sets the framework and guidelines for all participants. If your company has already signed a lease agreement, Dagny can analyze the lease agreement and produce a budget for your specific project.

A wide network with the local market: furniture suppliers, security-, network-, and server room contractors, interior designers, movers, architects, locksmiths, builders, AV technology. If you have your own suppliers that you prefer using – we will of course include them in the process.

A carefully planned move – performed by the right moving company. Your relocation should be carried out as smoothly as possible and not cause disruptions to your company’s core activities. Typically, the move of actual items, such as work stations etc., is initiated on a Friday afternoon and your new office is up and running at full capacity on Monday morning.
